Introducing Smart Invoice: Tailored for Web3 FinOps — Your Feedback Wanted!
Hey everyone! 🌐 We’re excited to share a project I’ve been working on, tailored specifically for the Web3 community: Smart Invoice (smartinvoice.xyz).
In the ever-evolving landscape of Web3, crypto, and DeFi, we’ve noticed a gap in the financial operations tooling available, especially when compared to Web2. Smart Invoice aims to bridge this gap, offering a comprehensive solution for both freelancers and businesses dealing with cryptocurrency invoicing, escrow, and arbitration.
For freelancers, we’re focusing on a secure, transparent system that guarantees payment with flexible terms, simplified tax compliance, and a user-friendly experience. For businesses, our goal is to handle complex workflows like payroll, expenses, and receivables efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective cash management. We’re starting with a strong invoicing product, offering an intuitive UX, no sign-up costs, and flexible payment options, including choice in token, chain, and payment schedule.
We’re currently competing with our invoicing service, aiming to expand our features based on your feedback. Some key areas we’re looking into are clarity in the user interface, trust and arbitration processes, regional adaptation, and payment flexibility. Long-term, our vision is to offer a suite of tools that cater to the unique financial management needs of the Web3 space.
As we’re in the early stages, user feedback is invaluable to us. We’re looking to onboard our first 100 users by the end of the year to refine and validate our product.
